3. Fills a 22 cubic ft. freezer (will feed 10 people for 1 year)

5. $500 deposit required for purchase of live animal.

6. Average total cost: $1,097; (based on 275 lb. carcass)
   Includes all cuts from the beef

7. Fills an 11 cubic ft. freezer (will feed 5 people for 1 year)

1. Average total cost: $570; (based on 137 lb carcass).

2. Includes cuts from front and hind quarters

3. Fills a 6 cubic ft. freezer (feeds 2-3 people for 1 year)

4. Perfect single folks, couples, or people without much freezer space!

5. $250 deposit required for purchase of live animal

*These prices include all butchering costs.

Butchering conducted locally at a USDA inspected facility.

All orders are delivered for pick up to our farm in Hedgesville, WV cut, wrapped and frozen.  2011 dates TBA (June/October).

Prices depend on the weight of the animal.
